Passion for Freshness
Fresh Tilapia Hub started in 2000 with a simple mission: to provide Ghanaian families with fish that tastes like it was just caught from the river, not frozen for months in a container.
Located in the serene environment of Galilea Market Area, our farm utilizes natural water sources and eco-friendly farming practices. We don't just sell fish; we sell the guarantee of a healthy, delicious meal.
Our Process
1. Harvest Day
We have days for harvesting, when the day is due we then move to our farms to harvest and gets the fish gutted and placed in crates with their sizes respectively, enough ice blocks are placed on each to maintain freshness.
2. Transport to Shop
The fish harvested is now transported to our shop to serve our customers and newbies on the following day, Kindly note that sales begin at 4am
3. Sales on Restocking Days
Once we are out of stock, we get ready to harvest on the next harvesting day, we dont harvest always because our priority is to serve our customers with Healthy and Fresh tilapia always. Customers are to note that our official restocking days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
